There is no doubt that making laws regarding the conservation of water and energy will greatly better the envirement. However, there is always a huge conflict of whether this would be violating one's rights or not. I for one would not be too happy if my shower time was limited, although i am willing to make a change on my own. I believe that if everyone does a little bit it will all add up and make a positive impact. I don't feel as if we need laws to enforce the idea of conservation, especially if we empasize the fact that the world is in danger.
