i think that the government shouldnt limit water on residents but on companies that use large amounts of water .... for example(IBM). Residents do use a large amount of water but its nothing compared to the amounts of water some companies use just to cool down machines or even wash them. If the government could limit water for companies we would have more water in lakes and rivers to save animals and nature. GOD BLESS AMERICA
